Manual Handling:

• Identify risks of muscular/skeletal injuries.
• Practice safe manual handling and equipment use.
• Recognize signs of injuries from poor manual handling.
• Plan lifts using the TILE method.
• Apply risk control and proper lifting techniques.
• Understand behavioral safety and injury causes.
• Solve manual handling problems in wind turbines.
• Engage in scenario-based training for wind turbine environments.

Fire Awareness:

• Understand health and safety laws.
• Assess hazards and risks.
• Know how fires start and spread.
• Implement fire prevention measures.
• Identify signs of fire in wind turbines.
• Develop contingency plans for wind turbine environments.
• Use smoke detection and follow emergency escape procedures.
• Take appropriate actions when discovering a fire.
• Operate firefighting equipment correctly in wind turbines.
• Engage in scenario-based practice.
• Practical usage of firefighting equipment to extinguish fires in wind turbines.

Height & Rescue:

• Recognize hazards and risks when working at heights specific to the wind industry.
• Understand the current national laws for working at heights in their area.
• Properly identify and inspect personal fall protection equipment (PFPE) like harnesses, hard hats, and lanyards before use.
• Use PFPE correctly, including finding approved anchor points and climbing vertical ladders safely.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and use rescue and evacuation equipment effectively.
